Payment Options
Fierce Kitten Studio accepts all major credit cards (Master Card/Visa/American Express/etc.) via the Paypal
payment system. Etsy provides all transaction information to Paypal in order to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible.
Shipping and Handling
All Fierce Kitten Studio products are neatly packaged and shipped via the United States Postal Priority Mail service. Once
payment has been confirmed by Paypal, your product will ship the following morning.
Shipping and Handling charges are as follows:
- United States: $5.00
- International: International shipping rates may vary. At the time of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible with your country and postal codes. This way, we can get you an accurate shipping rate.
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Fierce Kitten Studio product, you may return it within 15 days of the product's purchase date. Any custom orders that were personalized either through monograms or special order fabrics may not be returned.
Please note that all shipping charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. We also will not accept any packages sent C.O.D. Refunds will be processed through Paypal to the email address you originally provided to Paypal.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers how Fierce Kitten Studio treats personal information that is collected and received. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable. This includes your name, address, email address, or phone number, and anything else that is not otherwise publicly available.
- Fierce Kitten Studio collects personal information upon completion of payment via Paypal. This includes your name, shipping address, email address, and zip code. You will not be considered anonymous to us after completing a purchase.
- Fierce Kitten Studio also collects your name and email address if you use the form provided on the Contact Us page.
- Fierce Kitten Studio receives information regarding your IP address when you sign up for the mailing list. This is to insure that if someone attempts to maliciously add your email address, that the IP address of the wrongdoer may be blocked.
- Fierce Kitten Studio does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission.

Fierce Kitten Studio may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address on file, or by placing a prominent notice on our site's news page.
